Thin Slices Steak


2 lbs. beef Sirloin Tip Steak
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 small onion
1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon powder
1 Tsp sea salt
1-2 cups Afric Sauce


Step 1: Cut the thin slices of steak into small pieces, season and set aside.
Step 2: Dice the onion and peppers.
Step 3: Add oil to a medium heated saucepan.
Step 4: Add and fry the steak to a required texture.
Step 5: Add diced vegetables, salt, seasonings and stir.
Step 6: Stir in 1-2 cups of Afric Sauce
Step 7: Cover and allow to simmer for 5mins.
Step 8: Serve on your favorite dishes.
