Meat Balls & Gravy


2 lbs Ground Beef
1 tbsp Beef Bouillon
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp curry powder
½ chopped onions
2 tbsp bread crumbs
2 tbsp olive oil
1-2 cups Afric Sauce


Step 1: Combine beef with salt, bouillon, curry and bread crumbs in a bowl.
Step 2: Chop onions and add to beef
Step 3: Mix beef and all ingredients in the bowl
Step 4: Cut 2 tbsp size meat and roll into balls.
Step 5: Heat olive oil in a saucepan.
Step 6: Add meat balls on the pan and fry.
Step 7: Turn balls on the pan, until brown all over.
Step 8: Stir in 1-2 cups Afric Sauce
Step 9: Serve meat balls gravy on your favorite side dishes.
