Chickpea Soup

Chickpeas Vegetable Soup (Serves 4)


1 cup raw chickpeas 

1 cup Afric Sauce

1 cup spinach

3 liters water

1 large onion

1 green bell pepper

1 big carrot

1 cucumber

1 large tomato

1 tbsp sea salt

1 tbsp vegetable bouillon seasoning.

1 tsp curry powder



Step 1: Soak chickpeas overnight

Step 2: Bring water to boil and add chickpeas to cook for 1 hour or until tender.

Step 3: Wash and chop onions, pepper, carrot, cucumber, tomato, and spinach.

Step 4: Stir chopped vegetables into cooked peas and continue cooking

Step 5: Stir salt, curry, and bouillon seasonings into peas

Step 6: Stir Afric Sauce into the peas and turn off the heat.

Step 7: Stir in spinach and serve with any of your favorite sides.
