About the Recipe

INSTRUCTIONS

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs Beef Sirloin Tip Steak

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

  • 1 small onion

  • 2 bell peppers - one green, one red

  • 1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon

  • 1 tsp. sea salt

  • 1 cup Afric Sauce



STEPS
  1. Cut the steak into thin slices, season with salt and set aside.

  2. Wash and dice onion, bell peppers.

  3. Add oil to a medium sauce pan, and fry the steak to desired temperature.

  4. Add diced vegetables, salt, bouillon seasonings to the beef and stir.

  5. Stir in 1-2 cups of Afric Sauce, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.

  6. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
