INSTRUCTIONS
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs Beef Sirloin Tip Steak
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small onion
2 bell peppers - one green, one red
1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
1 tsp. sea salt
1 cup Afric Sauce
STEPS
Cut the steak into thin slices, season with salt and set aside.
Wash and dice onion, bell peppers.
Add oil to a medium sauce pan, and fry the steak to desired temperature.
Add diced vegetables, salt, bouillon seasonings to the beef and stir.
Stir in 1-2 cups of Afric Sauce, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve with your favorite side dishes.
