When Florence Karp immigrated from Nigeria to the United States in 1997, she immediately fell in love with the country and wanted to bring a part of Nigeria to her new home of Minnesota.

 

“Many Africans in America work so hard and have such busy lifestyles that they do not have time to cook and eat healthy homemade African foods,” she said.
