When Florence Karp immigrated from Nigeria to the United States in 1997, she immediately fell in love with the country and wanted to bring a part of Nigeria to her new home of Minnesota.

 

“Many Africans in America work so hard and have such busy lifestyles that they do not have time to cook and eat healthy homemade African foods,” she said. Florence created Afric Sauce for convenience, time saver and for healthy and delicious homemade meals.

 

Afric Sauce is more than just a condiment - Afric Sauce is a traditional Nigerian stew that is great as a base, or paired with a wide array of vegetables, proteins, and grains, and can be eaten hot or cold. ​
