INSTRUCTIONS
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs ground beef
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. beef bouillon powder
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. sea salt
1-2 cups Afric Sauce
STEPS
Combine beef with salt, bouillon, curry, and bread crumbs in a bowl.
Chop onions and add to beef.
Mix beef and roll into 2 Tbsp. size meatballs.
Heat olive oil in saucepan.
Add meatballs to the pan and fry, turning over until brown on all sides.
Stir in 1-2 cups of Afric Sauce, cover, and simmer until beef reaches 165 degrees.
Serve with your favorite side dishes!
