About the Recipe

INSTRUCTIONS

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs ground beef

  • 1/2 small onion, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp. beef bouillon powder

  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder

  • 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs

  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

  • 1 tsp. sea salt

  • 1-2 cups Afric Sauce



STEPS
  1. Combine beef with salt, bouillon, curry, and bread crumbs in a bowl.

  2. Chop onions and add to beef.

  3. Mix beef and roll into 2 Tbsp. size meatballs.

  4. Heat olive oil in saucepan.

  5. Add meatballs to the pan and fry, turning over until brown on all sides.

  6. Stir in 1-2 cups of Afric Sauce, cover, and simmer until beef reaches 165 degrees.

  7. Serve with your favorite side dishes!
