This vegetarian dish is an easy weeknight meal that shows how Afric Sauce can be used as a simmer sauce, flavor boost, or soup base for any proteins or vegetable.
We encourage you to make this dish your own, adding the vegetables or proteins you like most.

INSTRUCTIONS
INGREDIENTS
1 can chickpeas (or raw chickpeas, soaked overnight)
1 cup Afric Sauce
1 cup spinach
6 cups broth or water
1 large onion
1 green bell pepper
1 large carrot
1 large tomato
1 tbsp sea salt
1 tbsp vegetable bouillon seasoning (if using water)
1 tsp curry powder
STEPS
Chop onions, pepper, carrot, tomato.
Saute chopped vegetables with cooked chickpeas and spices in a large pan until tender.
Pour water or broth into pan, reduce to low, and cook for ~30 minutes or until ready.
Stir Afric Sauce into the soup and turn off the heat.
Stir in spinach and serve with any of your favorite sides.
