A healthy baked alternative to frying wings.

INSTRUCTIONS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1lb raw chicken wings 

  • 1 cup Afric Sauce

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp curry

  • 1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder.


STEPS
  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees

  2. Rinse and pat chicken dry.

  3. Season with olive oil, sea salt, curry and chicken bouillon

  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 mins. or until tender and golden brown.

  5. Put baked chicken in a bowl, pour Afric Sauce and butter over it and toss until well covered with sauce.

  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with your favorite dish.
