A healthy baked alternative to frying wings.

INSTRUCTIONS
INGREDIENTS
1lb raw chicken wings
1 cup Afric Sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp curry
1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder.
STEPS
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
Rinse and pat chicken dry.
Season with olive oil, sea salt, curry and chicken bouillon
Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 mins. or until tender and golden brown.
Put baked chicken in a bowl, pour Afric Sauce and butter over it and toss until well covered with sauce.
Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with your favorite dish.
