Whether you go for Veggie, Beef, or Chicken burgers try swapping your ketchup for Afric Sauce!

INSTRUCTIONS
INGREDIENTS:
2 large chicken breasts (approx.)
1 cup Afric Sauce
4 buns
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups flour
2 cups canola oil
1 medium tomato(sliced)
1 medium onion (sliced)
Green lettuce
1 tsp sea salt
8 pickles
Bouillon powder seasoning.
STEPS:
Rinse, slice each chicken breast in half, trimming any fat.
Mix ½ cup Afric Sauce with buttermilk and marinate chicken breast in the mixture of buttermilk and Afric Sauce for 1 hour.
Preheat oil in a frying pan up to 325 degrees
Season flour with salt and bouillon powder, and dip marinated chicken breast into seasoned flour until it is well covered.
Fry floured chicken in preheated oil until tender and golden brown.
Toss fried chicken in ½ cup Afric Sauce, let sit for 10-15 mins.
Lightly toast buns, then assemble with fried marinated chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles, or other toppings of your choosing.
Serve with French fries and Afric Sauce as a dipping sauce!
