Home-made Chicken Wings (Serves 4)


1lb raw chicken wings 

1 cup Afric Sauce

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp curry

1 tbsp chicken bouillon powder.



Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees

Step 2:  Rinse and pat chicken dry.

Step 3:  Season with olive oil, sea salt, curry and chicken bouillon.

Step 4:  Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 mins. or until tender and golden brown.

Step 5:  Put baked chicken in a bowl, pour Afric Sauce and butter over it and toss until well covered with sauce.

Step 6: Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with your favorite dish.
